I ordered one unit , a month ago , it did not powered up, and Vevor sent me new one, and new one has same issue.

Wouldn't charge tried multiple cords.

The unit did not power up after charging it according to the startup instructions. The Vevor company unfortunately lived up to its reputation in opposite directions. My previous experience of great performance from their products took a huge hit. Their customer service to support troubleshooting of the issue was nonexistent. Multiple emails led to an initial offer of $268 compensation on an almost $900 unit. The issue was thankfully resolved in accepting the return of the unit & a full refund.

Waiting on customer service and return notice. Seems well built but will not charge in AC or solar input. Initial contact with customer service was fantastic but Vevor hasn't responded afterwards. Requested a return and still no response. Images will not upload on this site

By far the worst online shopping I have ever expienced!!! Receved the VEVOR Portable Power Station, 2400W and it did not work right out of the box. It is now a month later all we get is a response from them that says they will respond in 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting to hear from them! No return label and no refund. I do not recomend buying from VEVOR.

Was empty when it arrived. Did not charge with AC. Had to connect it to the car to charge. You have to build a cable to connect to the car. Vevor support is terrible. I got an answer after three weeks.

I purchased a whole system with 1 main unit, and 2 expansion battery. After i received it, set it up to support my back yard pond with six 200watt pump, the overload protection keeps tripping the first day. 2nd day, one of the expansion battery quit working, no powere in or out, no display on the screen. Which Vevor issued a refund for me. I figured 1800watt might be too much for it to handle, so i bought another battery brand system to work for my backyard pond, and moved the rest of the Vevor system to my garage to run light duty lighting. The 2nd day i moved the 1 main unit and 1 expansion battery to my garage, both of them quit charging and discharging, but the screen is still on showing a solar charging stuck at 2watt, and when i charge it using AC wall outlet, just shows nothing. At this point, it has been a very frustrating experience to have this system, so i contacted Vevor for a return label so that i can return the system, and they can figure out whats wrong and improve their product. After my ticket was created, they tried to provide some solution to fix it, but none of it works. Now it has been 3 weeks, and the customer service chat is still not responding to my message

Came before July 4th, never worked, company will not do anything about it. I've been trying for over a month. Absolutely run around.
