J’ai bien reçu le câble, je me suis trompée dans la dimension et j’aurai souhaité le remplacer par un de 10m à la place de celui que j’ai reçu qui est de 7m. J’ai fait la demande il y a 15 jours et je n’ai aucun retour. Je regrette d’avoir commandé sur ce site qui n’est pas sérieux de ne pas prendre quelques instants pour répondre à leur client. Bought this to replace an OEM cable (BMW). Comparing both: The VEVOR cable is probably twice lighter, the cable diameter is smaller, the cable is more flexibleand does not recoil naturally. BMW cable had heavy, moulded connectors, this one has parts mounted using screws/bolts, feels much lighter. Not sure if it will withstands outdoor use (so far I only used in indoor garage). Generally speaking, it works as expected, but does not seem very robust nor high quality, so I was slightly disappointed - I had higher expectations from looking at the pictures. I would need to review my opinion after extensive outdoor use. Regarding the delivery: pity the only choice that was given during the ordering process is delivery at home and not in a collection point. The option to reorient delivery to to a collection point has only been opened after that the courrier came when I was not at home, and it took 3 other attempts (and approx a week, 2 failed for obscure reasons) to GLS to get it finally delivered in that collection point.

Nice storage bag, but actually not needed. The cable is however too stiff, and always twisted whatever you do. I have many other brand charging cables (also another 10 m long) but non of them are twisted like this one. This is very annoying in everyday use! My guess is that the problem are twisted cords inside the cable, which makes the whole cable impossible to get straight.

Bra med pakningen, Det fungerer bra, Ikke fornøyd med material til kabelen, kabalen er ikke glatt og tar på seg mye møkk og shitt.

Leider funktioniert das Kabel nicht Weil Volvo ein besonderes Kabel braucht was ich aber nicht wusste, das wäre aber gar nicht das Problem, ich wollte aber das ganze zurückgeben was sich aber als riesen Problem darstellte jetzt macht mir der Suport das leben schwer statt das teil einfach zurückzugeben. Also wenn man nicht 100 % sicher ist das das was man kauft seinen Zweck erfüllen kann dann nicht kaufen sie können es kaum zurückgeben. Leider.

Kabel was okay, maar jammer dat er niet gemeld was dat de kabel niet geschikt is voor 7 kW laden van een hybrid auto. Heb uiteindelijk maar een 7kW kabel erbij gekocht en gebruik de 22 kW kabel nu niet. Vevor had dit moeten melden op de website.

The extension cable stopped working properly after it arrived. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and they asked for photos and videos, promising to resolve it within 2-3 business days. I waited for two weeks without a reply, and when I inquired again, there was still no response!
