Since I didn’t plan on putting my new e-bikes (62 lbs no battery, 71 with battery) in a bike stand that much, I didn’t want to invest 100’s on a stand. I have used this stand several times now for derailleur adjustments, and some tire changes. I have found that the clamp for the crossbar on the telescopic pole will not hold the bike in a horizontal position, the heavier side of the bike will drop down to the floor. This clamp has a smooth plastic collar around a smooth metal tube so it just slips under weight. I work around it by blocking up the heavy side if I need too, but would be better if that clamping mechanism would truly lock in place. I also find the clamp that attaches to the bike frame (I use the seat tube) slips as well. It holds so the bike doesn’t fall out but the bike slips down to the seat and rests on that clamp. So essentially clamps could be much better. However the stand does what I need it to for now so for the price it will work for me.

Ce pied est parfait Charge utile et equilibre. Pour certains VTT, la mâchoire de fixation mériterait 5 petits mm....ou plus d ouverture. Monter à hauteur un velo de 22kg n est pas tj facile seul. Un petit système d aide..serait le bienvenu. Malgré tout le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

Nice stand, good price. However, I saw one a friend had and it has a lever to clamp the bike on in one step (rather than the knob that you turn) which is much nicer.

It Works OK.. but the clamps don't hold the weight of the bike upright.. I guess it's a big ask for a 40kg bike..

Vice opening too narrow. Fasteners not designed to hold 80lbs They need tightening in advance with 2 hands to support the weight. Fine for non ebikes. Would not recommend.

Tolerances are horrendous. The legs will NOT fold up and are siezed due to bad tolerances. DO NOT BUY.

Après livraison en temps et heure, j'ai testé ce pied d'atelier supportant une charge jusqu'à 36,3 kg. Cet avis intéressera certainement les possesseurs de vélo électrique d'environ 30 kg (sans la batterie). Si les barres verticale et horizontale, en acier, sont robustes et supportent correctement la charge du vélo. Celui-ci a un cadre ouvert, il est donc obligatoire d'utiliser la tige de selle pour le monter à hauteur d'homme. Et là petit problème, l'axe ou est monté la pince tourne, et celle-ci ne peut lever hors sol, les 2 roues en même temps. La roue avant reste en contact avec le sol. Bien qu'ayant serrer à l'aide d'une clé multi prises, la molette de l'axe de pince. Donc si vous envisagez de purger le frein arrière, il faudra utiliser un artifice pour maintenir en position haute la roue avant. Pour ma part, J'ai utilisé un escabeau pour résoudre ce problème. Prix plus que raisonnable. Stabilité parfaite de l'ensemble, vélo installé sur la pince. Je conseille d'être au moins 2 pour positionner correctement le vélo dans la pince. Car seul , cela reste un sacré exercice de musculation. Si vous possédez un vélo musculaire, pas de problème, ce pied fait largement le boulot.

Aspetti NEGATIVI: non puoi fissarlo al sellino senza che la bici si inclini sul baricentro perché il fissaggio di rotazione è troppo morbido, la gomma che hanno messo per proteggere i tubi è poca e inefficiente quindi facilmente segna il telaio a cui sei obbligato a fissarlo. Insomma senza modifiche è adatto a bici con il telaio d'acciaio che non abbiano cavi sul tubo superiore del telaio, ovvero poche. Per il resto è robusto, facile da installare e compatto da chiuso.

I have 6 bikes and the clamp does not open far enough to accept any of my top tubes. Completely worthless. Can I return?
