Tresor funktioniert nicht einwandfrei Trotz Preisnachlass muss ich zusätzlich im Untern Teil alle 2 Wochen die Batterien wechseln da die Lampe immer rot anzeigt und der Tresor sich nicht öffnen lässt. Schlechte Qualität würde ich nie wieder kaufen

Lamiera sportello troppo sottile , i perni delle cerniere son visibili dall'esterno e facilmente accessibili con una ventolina , senza contare che la chiusura non è perfetta e lo sportello ha un po' troppo gioco , apertura con impronta nulla da dire , affidabile e veloce .. ma non la ricomprerei sinceramente

Le coffre est de bonne qualité mais je rencontre deux problèmes: (1) la mémorisation des empreintes est délicate; une empreinte « enregistrée » mais présentée avec un angle différents de quelques millièmes déclenche l’alarme après 3 tentatives de correction; (2) je n’arrive pas en suivant scrupuleusement la notice à enregistrer mon propre code; j’ai interrogé le service Clients mais je n’ai pas de réponse.

The safe does not have screws to fix in the floor

Advertised as if it was a real safe, thick metal, but really nothing more than punched out sheet metal.

They tell you Lkaline1.5V battery but I figured out it is a regular A-sized Alkaline (not lithium) battery (there's a typo on their instructions). I gave up trying to set a code after seven tries. I also bought a smaller one and found a video without which it would have been a bit mor challenging. Sadly, I could not find a video on this, but I read and followed instructions. If there was a store nearby I would have returned it. The person answering the chat I think is just a call center.

Safe purchased online and quickly delivered. Package was in good condition. However impossible to open the door of the safe. The left side was completely bended and it prevented to open the door. See picture. Considering that package has not been damaged I assume that Vevor dispatched a safe with default.... I have contacted the client service who promissed a quick answer / solution (within 48 hours) and it's been 7 days and no answer. I just requested an exchange of the safe asap. So far waiting but already desapointed with the service.
