Recensioni dei clienti per VEVOR Cassaforte a una Porta da 99 L con Serratura a Chiave e Password, Cassaforte con Borsa Ignifuga, Portachiavi, Luce LED, 2 Divisori Regolabili Rimovibili, per Denaro, Documenti e Gioielli, Nero

The manual is difficult to follow since it's translated to English from Chinese. I did get a quick response from Customer Service regarding the difficulty I was having. They sent a video explaining "how to ", but again, it was in Chinese. Had to follow the pictures. Problem resolved.

I received the safe, and overall, I would rate the quality as average. And it seems it was an open box Unfortunately, the LED light is not working. I also could not set up my own password for the electronic lock. The safe only works with the factory-set password. I followed the manual and even watched several YouTube videos, but I was still unable to set my own password. The external power option is a good idea in case the internal batteries fail. However, the quality of the external battery cover/closure is poor. I would rate it only 3/10. Overall, the safe has some useful features, but the quality and functionality could be improved.

Unfortunately, the item arrived with a broken hinge. It was damaged right out of the box, so I’m disappointed with the condition it arrived in.

Nice looking. Open and locking with key, but impossible to open the door with fingerprint or code. Maybe the instruction is the problem.
