Die Funktion -einschalten- lässt sich nur über den USB Anschluß einschslten bzw. in Betrieb nehmen, Obwohl die Batterien wurden 2xneue getauscht. da mit bleibt trotznem alles finster. Da es keinen Hauptschalter für Akkus gibt? Wen sich dieser Fehler nicht in Ordnuge bringt, wird diser Artikel zurückgesendet. M.b.G. Leopold Eberl

DON'T TRUST THIS SAFE, THE WARRANTY OR VEVOR!!!

DO NOT EVER BUY THIS SAFE OR ANYTHING FROM VEVOR!!! I purchased this safe and it worked fine for a couple of months. Then the safe started not to operate with either the keypad or the fingerprint bio scan. NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT FOR A GUN SAFE!!! To top it off, I bought their little BOGUS warranty. Filed a claim. They asked for a video of the failure, which I thought was very odd, but okay...video sent. They respond and offer three options... 1. Have their techs send repair instructions...NOT. 2. Receive a replacement and return the defective unit 3. Keep the defective unit and get a 50% refund I chose option 2. Then I receive an email instructing me to RETURN THE DEFECTIVE SAFE FIRST. That wasn't even the best part. I am then supposed to track the package, and once it is shown as received in THEIR warehouse, they want ME to tell THEM it's there so they can send me another one!!! I have never been so offended in life. They can keep their warranty and their new unit. I will trash this safe where it belongs in the GARBAGE and NEVER do business with Vevor again! Oh...they don't say where I should store the GUN I have in the safe pending them receiving back the one I have and shipping me another one. I guess I'm supposed to just chunk it into the nightstand drawer. This is one sad company.

Manque de puissance du ressort du coffre à plat. La puissance du ressort ne permet pas que la porte se relève automatiquement. Il faut l'ouvrir à la main !!! Dès réception du produit j'ai contacté vevor pour recevoir un simple ressort mais je ne l'ai jamais eu !
