The safe does not have screws to fix in the floor

They tell you Lkaline1.5V battery but I figured out it is a regular A-sized Alkaline (not lithium) battery (there's a typo on their instructions). I gave up trying to set a code after seven tries. I also bought a smaller one and found a video without which it would have been a bit mor challenging. Sadly, I could not find a video on this, but I read and followed instructions. If there was a store nearby I would have returned it. The person answering the chat I think is just a call center.

Toto je bohužel moje nejhorší nákupní zkušenost. Zakoupený trezor je od prvního dne nefunkční a po vložení baterií dochází k jejich nebezpečnému přehřívání. Trezor tedy nelze vůbec používat. Komunikace s firmou VEVOR je extrémně komplikovaná – jejich reklamační systém nefunguje, formuláře se blokují a není možné nahrát požadované podklady. Již téměř měsíc se snažím vyřešit reklamaci, bez jasného výsledku. Mám doma nový, nefunkční trezor, který může představovat bezpečnostní riziko, a řešení je stále v nedohlednu. Firmu VEVOR nikomu nedoporučuji. This is unfortunately the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The safe I purchased has been completely non-functional since day one, and after inserting the batteries, they overheat dangerously, making the safe unusable. Communication with VEVOR is extremely difficult. Their warranty and claim system does not work properly, forms get locked, and it is often impossible to upload the required evidence. I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a month, without any clear outcome. I currently have a brand-new, defective safe at home that poses a potential safety risk, and the resolution still seems hopeless. I do not recommend VEVOR to anyone.

Le produit: - Est arrivé abîmé, un des côtés du coffre est enfoncé, ainsi que la tôle intérieure! - Vis manquantes - Jeu d'environ 10mm dans la porte lorsque elle est verrouillée. 10mm! Même à un prix aussi bas, ca ne les vaut pas!

Quality of the safe is not the greatest, and bottom metal is very thin, even securing it to the floor, it can pull it out with force by breaking the bottom metal. If you buying to secure your valuable items that's not the safe you want.

Es increíble una caja de seguridad y que sea tan complicada para configurarla,lo primero es decir que el manual de usuario no viene en Español muy mal por parte de fabricante,lo segundo solicite el manual en Español a la misma empresa y me cobraron por un documento en el cual no disponía de nada en Español super mal por parte de la empresa para mí mi clasificación global es un 2 insuficiente por no decir muy insuficiente ,la estructura de la caja fuerte está pintada no tiene buen aspecto como otras cajas fuertes que vienen con una estructura super fuerte y una excelente pintura del fabricante

Advertised as if it was a real safe, thick metal, but really nothing more than punched out sheet metal.

Safe purchased online and quickly delivered. Package was in good condition. However impossible to open the door of the safe. The left side was completely bended and it prevented to open the door. See picture. Considering that package has not been damaged I assume that Vevor dispatched a safe with default.... I have contacted the client service who promissed a quick answer / solution (within 48 hours) and it's been 7 days and no answer. I just requested an exchange of the safe asap. So far waiting but already desapointed with the service.

Le colis a été livré avec un emballage extérieur intact, sans aucun signe de dommage. Cependant, après ouverture, j’ai constaté que le produit (coffre-fort) était endommagé, tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Par ailleurs, vous continuez à me demander des photos de l’emballage. Je vous prie de m’expliquer quelles photos je suis censé fournir, étant donné que l’emballage était parfaitement intact et ne présentait aucun problème apparent à la réception. De plus, je suis surpris par votre demande de renvoyer le produit à mes frais via PayPal.
