Arrived in good time, went to put everything together and noticed the green setting button on the front door had broken off. Either in the packing stages or transit it must have broke. However its a little disappointing when you can't use the safes intended features that I bought it for, codes, biometrics. Now it is just a manual lock and key safe, I can't see replacing the butto as an option you would need to replace the whole door with all the electronics inside. It looks good, just inst functional. I would be there for delivery if you can to try and inspect the box upon arrival too. Great quality, just an oops somewhere in between.

Arrived with large scratches across the top and LED light does not work. Vendors response was written rudely to buy black spray paint and closed the ticket. After several more attempts reaching out the the rude, non helpful customer service and receiving an agreement to receive a small discount for which we are still waiting to receive Definitely not a solid well made safe but it will keep the firearm safely away from unwanted fingers.
