Bought the vevor new filter with new filters oct 31 2025, filters cracked 5 months later.... bought a new vevor set on April 2026..they just fell apart... looks like they have a 5 month life durability..I have mixed emotions. Need to order a new set..will update you guys.

I've purchased a number of items from Vevor both for personal and work and have been happy with everything I've purchased. This is my first purchase that I've been disappointed with. These filters worked great and for the price were a good buy but they didn't even last a year until they collapsed as they don't have the internal supports like the original manufacturer's product does. I purchased for the value but in hindsight if I would have purchased ones with internal supports, I wouldn't be in a position to have to purchase another set.

Simply amazed that Vevor would ask for a review on this transaction-
Ordered a replacement for a filter system previously ordered last fall. Replacement cartridge came in. That wasn’t the right size. After at least eight back-and-forth correspondence, Vevor customer service simply responded back-and-forth, looking for items previously sent in a vicious game of tennis. I surrender. Well I have spoke highly of the Vevor products. This is my first experience with Customerservice and I must say I am no longer a raving fan of Vevor.
