Very nice seat/creeper. One problem with it. A welding piece has one of the holes not lined up. It will have to be redone or sent back. We had three guys checking it out and upon final inspection that was the problem according to all of them. They haven’t decided what they are going to do yet. Velcro has had good products so far so please check into this issue

I never received my product. Had to reach out both to Vevor and the shipping company. Vevor finally got back to me and told me it was lost in shipping. They proceeded to reimbursed me my money. Lost confidence in the whole process.

Very heavy duty but not manufactured well. Pieces barely fit together. They did eventually through force, flaking paint and I doubt I’ll be able to get it out of flat form but it was too small for a rolling stool anyways. Built for heavy weight but still very small and not really made for a large person….

The good first: does what any creeper should do well enough. Folding mechanism is simple and works well. Unfortunately, I had to redrill 3 holes on this thing to get it to fit together. NOTHING aligned well. Even the holes I didn’t have to redrill were pretty bad. I would not recommend this at all.

Puisque vous insistez par e-mail pour obtenir un avis sur le produit, je vais en laisser un. Je n’ai jamais pu tester le produit, car il ne m’a tout simplement jamais été livré. Je l’ai commandé le 12 décembre en espérant qu’il arrive à temps pour servir de cadeau de Noël. Les premiers signes m’ont donné confiance quant au sérieux de l’entreprise, puisque j’ai reçu un numéro de suivi UPS le 14 décembre. Cependant, en consultant le suivi par la suite, le statut est resté « colis non remis au transporteur ». J’ai attendu encore quelques jours sans aucun changement. Aux alentours du 20 décembre, j’ai contacté le service client via le chat en ligne. On m’a assuré que le colis avait bien quitté leur entrepôt, mais que la société de livraison n’avait simplement pas mis à jour le suivi, et que je devais vérifier à nouveau deux jours plus tard. Lorsque j’ai vérifié de nouveau, le statut n’avait toujours pas évolué. J’ai donc demandé un remboursement. Deux options m’ont alors été proposées : accepter un remboursement partiel et conserver le produit lorsqu’il arriverait, ou bien attendre encore plus longtemps la livraison. J’ai refusé ces deux propositions et insisté pour obtenir un remboursement intégral, n’ayant aucune garantie que le colis me parviendrait un jour. Ils ont finalement accepté et j’ai été remboursé. Je recommande vivement d’éviter cette entreprise.

I received my order with missing parts. Worse customer service ever had wait to get a response no 1-800 number. They said they will compensate with $15 me and send the part then they didn't turned around and said they didn't have the part except $30 and keep it with missing parts. I told them no I wanted a refund plus compensated for them giving me the run around for days back in forth. They only received my refund one of the worse experience ever.
