I try to exchange for size up. The response from customer service was that I should reed the description before I buy. That was it. Horrible response especially when you have a dog with special needs. I will never buy from this company ever.

This item did not work at all. Then I tried to return or exchange and this company would not comply. This is and was the worst experience ever. I pleaded with you to help me. I am a retail manager and I would never treat my customers the way VEVIR did. The item was faulty, to small, didt fit said measurements in instruction manual. And I am now out of pocket over $100 .
My poor puppy struggled with a broken leg and VEVOR
Made it 100 times wors, from an emotional standpoint. Inot sending pics because I already gave you some.
