Sorry, I can’t recommend this product. I have two calls open with warranty support and they just send me a canned message that they are looking into it. The canned message tells me it is a safety issue and I should not use the product and to dispose of it properly. The control board randomly does whatever it wants. Quits working or when parked and loading it it takes off by itself and gains speed. It almost ran over my dog. I want an RMA number so I can return it and get my money back.

Motor stuck
Assembly was relatively smooth but motor was stuck once fully assembled. No trouble shooting resources in manual and slow support online. Will be returning.

They never sent the wheelbarrow!
I have contacted “customer support” twice now! They acknowledged the unit hasn’t shipped (it was due a month ago). They don’t help and won’t refund my money! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
