I wish I could say I love them and they worked well. The actual is I only received 7 wheels. One of the wheels stop lever was damaged. The box came open inside a another box that was taped to try and hold everything together. One of the plate's arm broke off the plate. Customer service wants to credit $40 or refund $40. I have no idea of how that makes sense when I can't use the dollies at all. Last I checked vehicles have 4 tires on them. How am I going to use 1 plate to move a vehicle with 4 tires? I only have enough wheels for 1 plate. They need to fire their fulfillment center since they obviously don't know how to ship their products. Vevor is taking my money while I did not receive a usable product. I paid my hard earn money for a working product. Not keep the unusable dollies and I refund $40 or credit you $40. Now I am out of money with nothing but plates without wheels and one with out it's handle attached. What kind of business is this Vevor to leave their customers without a usable product and take their money.

Les roues du chariot sont trop petites et fragiles. Elles se bloquent même sur la moindre bordure et sont déjà usées après seulement trois utilisations pour remplacer des voitures sur l'asphalte, sur une distance de dix mètres.

Used these on a 1850kg car and they bulge to a point where the wheels are at almost a 45 degree angle instead of vertical from the ground. This also prevents the handles from being fully extended to pull the dollies. Seems the capacity is a bit overrated. Would not trust a 8000 lbs vehicle on these.

I put a medium sedan around 5k lbs. and it's very difficult to maneuver left to right. The caster wheels doesn't want to turn into the direction u wish to turn into. You have to manually turn the wheel with pliers. I would not recommended.

I ordered this set of car dollies over a week ago. When I opened the box and assembled the wheels onto platforms It was missing one caster. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! They say the caster is out of stock and want to give me a partial refund. I can't find a replacement caster at any store therefore making it a useless set of dollies or purchase 16 new casters ( 4 per platform) to make them usable. You can't talk to an agent because they only communicate online. Piss poor way to do business. I've purchased ALOT of tools from VEVOR and have been satisfied with previous purchases. But when you need help with a screwed up order customer service is almost non existent.

I bought a set to move my 2 ton wreck easily around. Sadly the wheels on the dolly do not swivel or go around when the truck is on the 4 dollys. I drag them along the floor. This purchase did not meet any expectations.
