Estoy bastante descontento, aunque el carro no tiene mala pinta, pero a la hora de montarlo me di cuenta que me lo enviaron sin dos piezas de metal, es algo normal que puede ocurrir, pero mi descontento viene en que habré escrito ya como 10 e-mails y mensajes para que me lo envíen para montarlo, pero siempre la respuesta es en uno o dos días le contestaremos y nadie me contesta, hay que tener bastante cuidado en pedir en esta página

Wagon shipped fast. Over all appears to be good. The low rating is due to bent wheel. Talked to customer service, which appears to be a chatbot. Haven’t heard what they plan to do to make it right. The bent wheel is due to factory defect, you can see where hub was misaligned before welding, poor workmanship.

The wagon overall is good quality however the wheelbase is too close together ifthe load is not distributed it will flip over. I wouldn't purchase this item again.

I purchased two of these wagons. I also own from another leading brand. While they are functional the are significantly more difficult to turn and to dump than the other brand. I wouldn’t buy these again for my daily farm chores

Quality lacking for the money spent

The instructions were terrible for this but once together it is a nice cart except for the tires. They went flat in the first use and they can’t be filled. You can hear air rushing out when trying to put air in them.

I purchased this cart to bring firewood from my garage into my home. I had two issues. First, one tire arrived flat and wouldn't hold air. I pulled the tube and found the hole at the base of the valve stem where it contacted rough metal on the rim. Second, the dimensions given for the width between the two tires only applies to the front wheel - the back wheels extended out three more inches and prevented the cart from being wheeled though my door. I bought four new flat-free tires with a narrow hub and fixed both issues. My first disappointment with a Vevor product.

this is my first purchase it is hard to give any good remarks because i can not put it together because i did not get all the nuts & bolts ask for them but just got a lot of runaround about sending pictures why do they need pictures when i told them what was missing i am older and do not know how to do all of those kind of things on a computer i was looking at a lot more items but having a hard time with the the help i received on first purchase they know what i bought they know what i needed but still gave me the runaround come on it is just a bag of nuts & bolts ( TOTALLY RIDIC ULOUS ) IF YOU ARE OLDER AND NOT GOOD WITH A COMPUTER AND DO NOT HAVE HELP THINK TWICE KNOW I HAVE TO DRIVE 40 MILES TO BUY NUTS & BOLTS (B---S---)

The cart box arrived danged from shipping, obviously the cart box is not so rugged and durable. It tied to get Vevor to send out new replacment box but they would not and only offered me a discount which I reluctantly accepted. The cart is sold as a 1500 lb capable cart but only has tires that support 1200lb. The Vevor ad claimed a 15 cu/ft box however it is not even half of that. I wish I would have bought a Gorrila cart instead which the Vevor is made to LOOK like in pictures but they are not comparable. The Vevor cart would be good value if it was priced at $150.
