This item sounded so good and was going to be an asset to my yard clearing. Went together well seemed to be good quality. Used it and the first time and one tire went flat and would not take any air into the tire. Contacted customer service and they requested me to send photos of the issue, which I did. They responded that they would send me a replacement. After 2 weeks no replacement I was told the replacement part was lost in shipment and that they could not find another replacement part. Now they want me to ship the whole cart back to get a replacement. Totally unnecessary when obesely it only a defective tire. Buyer beware of this common tire issue.

Cart/wagon dimensions not as described online. Smaller than my 4cu.ft. Gorilla cart. Wheels are made fully of plastic, not trust worthy in my opinion hauling heavy loads. I absolutely did not use it and sealed it back up within the hour it was delivered. I needed a larger wagon/cart to work with and this one will not do one bit. I have requested a refund and Vevor is giving me such a hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I ordered the 1500 lb cart. After putting together, my wife though it was small. Even though the name plate says 1500 lbs, I would be leary to put that much weight in it. We will see how well it works, and may change my review, either good, or bad.

One tire had a defective inner tube so bought solid tires to replace the inflatable ones. Claimed to be a substitute but engineered poorly as they did not fit properly on the axis, Had not choice but to use only a cotter pin to hold the wheel on. A real disappointment from what Vevor claimed. Lousy engineering and misinformation combined. Arggh!! Failed product claims.

Very poor turning radius and it's just because of poor design. Spend a few extra dollars and get a gorilla cart. I have several gorilla carts so I highly regret trying to save a few dollars for this. It's very frustrating to use. Vevor has a metal tab underneath the frame on this wagon that blocks the wheels from turning any tighter and I cut that off. Now I discovered why vevor put that tab there, because the wheels snag underneath the frame when turning sharp. It's still usable, but it's annoying compared to my gorilla carts.

I have read many of the positive reviews, and I can’t help but wonder if they’re describing a different cart than the 800-pound model I purchased. The box feels only a bit sturdier than a cheap plastic tote. The tall metal sides are so flimsy it’s almost laughable. I wouldn’t trust this cart with anything heavier than grass clippings or yard debris. Loading it with dirt or rocks? No chance. I’m honestly surprised Vevor puts its name on this product. It feels far below the standard of other items I’ve bought from them. This experience makes me think twice about ordering again. In my view, this cart feels more like something you’d find on Temu than from Vevor. Overall rating, 1 out of 5 stars.

This was clearly returned & repackaged. Several areas of paint chipped and plastic barrow scuffed \dirty. Plastic seems flimsy and I'm skeptical it will hold the 600lb weight limit. Assembly was not difficult and the instructions were clear. Overall disappointed.

Le chariot est arrivé avec une roue crevée, donc inutilisable dès la livraison. Le remplacement de la chambre à air coûte 29 €, ce qui est inacceptable pour un produit neuf. Vu le prix du chariot, je m’attendais à un contrôle qualité bien meilleur. Très déçu.

Vevor has consistently refused to replace a defective part. They will not answer a direct question. I think my only communication is with a customer service computer.

J’ai refusé le colis lors de la livraison il était endommagé la boîte était très abîmé, j’ai décidé de ne pas accepter cette livraison je demande un remboursement ou un colis en bon état.j’ai été vraiment déçu de constater l’état du colis
