Shoed up damaged, reached out to Vevor with no response. Disappointing to say the least. Send pics and filed a claim and no response, sad.

Leider kam der Werkzeugwagen beschädigt. Könnte mit dem Kundenservice nicht ins Gespräch. Wäre ein toller Werkzeugwagen, falls nicht beschädigt.

The cart seems to be of relatively good quality. However it was broken in shipping. A piece approximately 6” long and 3/8” at one end and 3/4” at the other was broken from the bottom of the side on the top shelf, this is not an issue that causes any function problems. I sent a problem ticket to the vendor I punched it from but they replied that Vevor has a special method for shipping damage which did not seem worth the hassle. Still disappointed. Othe issue isle the locking mechanism on the casters hits the bottom shelf if you try to pivot fully around. This is annoying ast the caster will stopnpivoting and slid rather than roll. It can be pulled in reverse to realign the caster by rotating it back in the opposite direction, but again very annoying.

The cart was damaged and broke when it was delivered, NOTHING WAS SENT TO REPLACE IT, OF REFUND ME BUT wants to give me $40 for the problem. I REALLY NEED THIS CART. $40 does not solve the problem and offering $40 is Bullsh$# wont let me post a pic... grrrrrr NOT HAPPY

Great product for a great price. Just could use a little more support or reinforcement to secure push handle which just snaps into place.

Buy this if you are never gonna use it. But if you plan to use it every day steer clear. Says it is good for 550 lbs. It is not goot for 50 pounds. We use to take card board to dumpster three times a day. Bearings in all 4 wheels wore out in 3 months. They gave me a $20 refund but i need to spend more then that to replace the wheels. I sure wont buy another from them.

Judging by the picture this looks to be a very useful cart to have. I have made multiple attempts to purchase this but it has yet to come to fruition. I ordered the cart and it never showed up. I attempted to order the cart again but it was out of stock and the price increased significantly, and VEVOR would not honor my original order price. I will be purchasing this cart elsewhere. Poor customer service on VEVORS part.

The item arrived broken eventhough the packaging was okay , so it wasn't due to transportation. It was due to its poor quality and poor manufacturing or packaging. I requested a return and refund, and Vevor opened a ticket instead of refunding me immediately. Then they kept asking for images, and then after few weeks asked for more images and then asked which partbis that. They kept dragging the issue. Then they start offering to replace the broken part. I refused as i dont want this poor quality item. But they don't listen. They kept offering a small refund, and I refused. They keptnoferring more compensation, trying to bargain and convince me to accept partial refund and to keep the brokennitem , so they don't pay for shipping cost of return. I constantly stated that i do not accept partial refund. I want my full refund but it apoears that their agendabis not to acceptvreturns, even when they sent brokennitems. My advice is that do not buy anything from vevor. Go yo Amazon for their easy return and amazing customer service. VEVOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFULL AND YOU WASYE YOURVTIME WHICHNUS MONEY.

Le doy mal review porque el articulo me llego roto en dos lugares y contacte a atencion al cliente y todavia no he recibido solucion al problema.

Check the box when it shows up.. Mine to carts are all broken to hell. I do loves these carts. But I don't if I'll ever order from vevor again to be honest.
