Love the carts they work great.

Lo usiamo da 6-9 mesi e siamo molto soddisfatti. Facile da montare, di ottima qualità e resistente, ha resistito bene nel nostro garage per tutte le nostre esigenze automobilistiche e agricole.

This VEVOR utility cart has been an absolute lifesaver in my kitchen, giving me much-needed extra counter and storage space; its sturdy plastic shelves are perfect for holding small appliances like my air fryer and stand mixer, and I regularly load the bottom shelf with heavy bags of flour and potatoes without a worry thanks to the impressive 550 lbs capacity. The best part is the incredible mobility—the 360° swivel wheels let me effortlessly glide it from the pantry to the counter while prepping meals, and the two locking wheels are essential for keeping it perfectly steady when I'm using it as a temporary island, making this cart an indispensable and surprisingly stylish addition to my cooking routine.

This cart is heavy duty, super sturdy, and rolls easily for about 1/3 the price of some competitors. I read all the comments about putting it together, but was still able to do it myself with no problem. Attaching 1 of the legs near the handle is a little tricky since the directions have you attach the handle first. I just had to loosen the handle enough to be able to get the leg to fit in it's slot and tighten it back up. I agree with anothers recommendation to wai to tighten all the screws until its been fully assembled. I would 100% recommend buying it!

Overall, great cart, BUT as with most hardware, the phillips head screws are complete soft trash, I sure hope they use better quality hardware in this part of the world on stuff that matters, like cars, busses, trains, etc etc.

L’envoie s’est bien passé, rapide …mais je n’arrive pas a joindre le service après vente ! Un petit morceau sans importance semble t’il est cassé. D’autre part, je n’ai pu visser qu’une visse sur trois a chacun des deux pieds coté ou se fixe le support à verre. Donc triste car tout semble bien

The price was very attractive so I made the purchase. Waited a long time to receive it. One section of the bottom tray was broke off. Two of the four legs were the wrong ones so I had to alter them to make them work. Did not want to go through the hassle of disassembling and returning and waiting a few more weeks for this item so I may do. Extremely hesitant to buy anything from vevor again!!

The cart seems to be of relatively good quality. However it was broken in shipping. A piece approximately 6” long and 3/8” at one end and 3/4” at the other was broken from the bottom of the side on the top shelf, this is not an issue that causes any function problems. I sent a problem ticket to the vendor I punched it from but they replied that Vevor has a special method for shipping damage which did not seem worth the hassle. Still disappointed. Othe issue isle the locking mechanism on the casters hits the bottom shelf if you try to pivot fully around. This is annoying ast the caster will stopnpivoting and slid rather than roll. It can be pulled in reverse to realign the caster by rotating it back in the opposite direction, but again very annoying.

The item arrived broken eventhough the packaging was okay , so it wasn't due to transportation. It was due to its poor quality and poor manufacturing or packaging. I requested a return and refund, and Vevor opened a ticket instead of refunding me immediately. Then they kept asking for images, and then after few weeks asked for more images and then asked which partbis that. They kept dragging the issue. Then they start offering to replace the broken part. I refused as i dont want this poor quality item. But they don't listen. They kept offering a small refund, and I refused. They keptnoferring more compensation, trying to bargain and convince me to accept partial refund and to keep the brokennitem , so they don't pay for shipping cost of return. I constantly stated that i do not accept partial refund. I want my full refund but it apoears that their agendabis not to acceptvreturns, even when they sent brokennitems. My advice is that do not buy anything from vevor. Go yo Amazon for their easy return and amazing customer service. VEVOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFULL AND YOU WASYE YOURVTIME WHICHNUS MONEY.
