Putting it together was easy but there are NO pictures on how to attach the kayak to it. Terrible instructions in general.

I ordered this Kayak Cart and for the most part, the product is decent for what it is. My problem with my cart is one of the wheels in the package is warped. This means it doesn't insert into the axle rod properly (see photos attached. The orange centre hub of the wheel you can see is not straight). The second wheel is fine and turns smoothly on the axle. So I thought I would just contact customer service and maybe we could arrange a replacement wheel. Well, I submitted the first ticket under product support, waited over 48 hours and still no reply. I submitted a second ticket under the returns/refunds window and waited over 24 hours and no reply either. Well, that's the last time I'm ordering from Vevor.ca

Verpakking licht beschadigd - ontbrekende bout om wiel vast te zetten. QC ? Twee plastieken draaimoeren per as zou nog beter zijn. Kar zelf is zeer degelijk. We testen de kar komende zomer!

Carello fatto bene ma le spugne che dovrebbero impedire lo scivolamento del kayak non fanno il loro lavoro. Magari usando delle spugne piu spesse le cose andrebbero meglio

Kayakload rated to 158kg. Wheels included are rated to 55kg each...(110kg?) 0.2 bar inflation limit, more needed for cart not to be very heavy to pull. Otherwise sturdy cart

In my opinion, it’s quite heavy to take along with a kayak. It could be made of aluminum instead, though that would reduce its load capacity. The solid wheel originally had a noticeable wobble in the shape of an “8,” which doesn’t really matter functionally, it’s more of an aesthetic issue.I don’t think this structure could actually handle 149 kg. I’ll buy a lighter and smaller one to go with it.

Les 2 pneus, gonflés selon les recommandations, se sont déformés. L'axe n'est plus centré, le chariot est inutilisable. Produit de très mauvaise qualité.

Folks stay away from this product. This company has several products and they mix and match parts from different carts. If they are out of one part, they simply use part from another product. The final product is not what you ordered and VEVOR takes no responsibility. When I send them the proof, they said, sorry the part for your product was not available but refused to correct it. The width of the cart I bought was supposed to be 31” but the send me one that is 41”.

Unfortunately the tyre valve pushed thru into the tyre when inflating and the other wheel didn't fit smoothly onto the axle. Other than the tyres not been able to be used the frame itself iw good

With the load that this cart is able to do...it is overkill for a kayak. I want it for catamaran hulls. Those "angle adjustable" orange platforms are designed for light and fat kayak hulls. Skinnier and heavier...complete fail. If you try to use it for heavier items you will need to adapt by building your own platform or cradle on top. So...I used this cart for its weight capability...and built a plywood "V" slot with padding for the hulls to rest in. The "Foot" is trash for anything that is heavy. It holds the cart upright until you put something on it...which it immediately collapses before you can attach straps.
