Bonjour, J'ai installé cette roue pour remorque dernièrement. Hormis les défauts de finition, il y a des défauts de conception problématique : - Les valves des roues touchent le moyeu à chaque tour de roue. Je ne donne pas longtemps avant qu'une crevaison par perçage de valve arrive. Changer une chambre à air là dessus , bon courage. - Les boulons de fixations ne sont pas filetés sur toute leur longueur et n'assure donc pas un serrage optimum. J'ai dû les changer. - Aucune rondelles n'est fourni. C'est pourtant indispensable sur ce type de montage. - La manivelle de la roue jockey ne dispose d'aucune fixation pour l'attacher après utilisation. Une fois la roue en position horizontale, pour le roulage, la manivelle peut venir en contact du sol en roulage. J'ai dû mettre en tendeur pour la maintenir en place. - Les trous dans le support et dans les platines de fixation ne sont pas alignés ! Les boulons sont donc serré de travers ! C'est un gros problème de sécurité. - La fixation pour le manche servant à guider la roue est arrivée cassée. - Il y a un boulon fourni qui ne va nul part. Le prix est élevé en vu des défauts signalés. Cependant j'ai testé la roue sur ma remorque à vide et c'est fonctionnel. Reste à essayer remorque en charge.

Inner tube of tire had a large hole that couldn’t be patched. Owned it for a month and used twice. Costed almost $30 to replace tube

I was moving my boat and the plate that the ball is screwed into just snapped out. It had 4 tack welds holding in the stem. It was the first time I used it. I think for something small it could be OK. My boat and trailer weighs 3000lbs . Tongue weight is like 300lbs I lift it by hand. If you need something strong and heavy duty this is not it.

This would be way more efficient if the handle bar didn’t fall to the ground , it would be better if there was some sort of spring system to keep the arm upright. Also it did not convert in 18 or 22 inch it only had one height adjustment so my husband had to drill holes to make it 22 inch . Great quality but poorly constructed.

Não tem manuais, foi necessário fazer ajustes porque não funcionava. 1 freio saiu porque o equipamento tinha erros de fabrico. Após eu resolver todos os problemas o moover funciona bem.

Schweissnähte leider schlecht,teilweise schief zusammengeschweisst . Dadurch ist die ganze Karre krumm . Gute Idee ,schlecht ausgeführt .

Die Rangierhilfe macht einen robusten Endruck. Der Aufbau war relativ einfach und die Lieferzeit noch im Rahmen. Ich hatte allerdings nach einer einfachen Lösung gesucht, den Wohnwagen nicht jedes Mal komplett ausräumen zu müssen, um ihn ans Auto anzuhängen. Das Teil ist aber weder einfach höhenverstellbar, noch einhändig unter die Deichsel zu bringen. Damit erfüllt die Konstruktion für mich nicht den gewünschten Zweck der Entlastung. Das ist die Einordnung irreführend. Für mich leider ein Fehlkauf.

I purchased the Heavy Duty Dolly from VEVOR. STAY AWAY FROM VEVOR. They do NOT stand behind their products. Their customer service is a constant circle of uselessness. The product came with a bad tire(had a hole in it). All I wanted was a replacement tire. THe online CHAT team kept saying that the email team had to handle it. The email team would not respond to me. On my second day with this. This should have been a easy fix. The company has no 1800 number to call, their customer service team purposefully sends you in circle. At one point they wanted a video of the defect. How do you take a video of a pinhole leak in a tire inside the rim? They were just trying to hope I give up. This company is NOT reputable and will just take your money. I tried multiple emails, online chats, all to no evail. DONT BUY VEVOR!!!!! By the way, their next step will be to reply to this review saying how sorry they are to hear, blah blah blah. Again, all someone had to do was email me and say "So sorry you had to deal with this, I have expedited shipped you a replacement. You should see it in the next day or two." I was not interested in a refund, just give me what I paid for!
