I was moving my boat and the plate that the ball is screwed into just snapped out. It had 4 tack welds holding in the stem. It was the first time I used it. I think for something small it could be OK. My boat and trailer weighs 3000lbs . Tongue weight is like 300lbs I lift it by hand. If you need something strong and heavy duty this is not it.

Het kwam al defect binnen en buiten dat, slipten de wieltjes ook nog eens bij een geringe weerstand. Voor ons doel autotrailer met lichte buggy er op, is het niet toepasbaar. E.e.a. is netjes door de klantenservice opgelost. Advies; voor zware toepassingen, een elektrische mover aangedreven op de wielen is een betere oplossing.

Ordered my item 12/2 as a gift for Christmas. Got tracking info 2 days later. Tracking information never updated. Delivery date passed and still no item. Messaged customer service and they said UPS made a mistake. I called UPS and UPS said they never picked up my item. Messaged customer service again and they still claim it was a ups issue. Then said they’d open a ticket with UPS and I would get more information later. Never got any more information. Requested a refund and the rep said I needed too wait until the 18th before she could issue a refund because even though I had a delivery date 6 working days, they actually had longer. She assured me my time was on its way! Thankfully I ordered another item elsewhere and was delivered within 4 days. I’ve gotten so many different stories about my item and kept getting the runaround as to why it was lost. The 18th came around and I got a refund as soon as I said my item still hasn’t been delivered. Customer service was sketchy. Will not order from here again.

Das Teil macht nur im Internet einen soliden Eindruck. Nach 2 Tagen setzt sich bereits überall Rost an. Mit 50kg Stützlast bin ich deutlich unter Herstellervorgabe. Trotzdem verwindet sich auf Ebenen Betrieb das Teil so arg durch massives Spiel in den Führungen dass ich mich nicht traue das eigentliche Stützrad mehr als 2cm zu entkoppeln da ich Angst habe dass es jeden Moment außeinander fällt. Die Kurbel verbiegt sich sofort (Betrieb mit einer Hand). Spindel bei Auslieferung bereits verbogen. Kundendienst = Katastrophe. Keine Retoure möglich sondern Vorschlag über Rückerstattung von 26€. Nächsten Schritte nun per Anwalt Zusammengefasst: Eine Riesen großer Schrotthaufen

I purchased the Heavy Duty Dolly from VEVOR. STAY AWAY FROM VEVOR. They do NOT stand behind their products. Their customer service is a constant circle of uselessness. The product came with a bad tire(had a hole in it). All I wanted was a replacement tire. THe online CHAT team kept saying that the email team had to handle it. The email team would not respond to me. On my second day with this. This should have been a easy fix. The company has no 1800 number to call, their customer service team purposefully sends you in circle. At one point they wanted a video of the defect. How do you take a video of a pinhole leak in a tire inside the rim? They were just trying to hope I give up. This company is NOT reputable and will just take your money. I tried multiple emails, online chats, all to no evail. DONT BUY VEVOR!!!!! By the way, their next step will be to reply to this review saying how sorry they are to hear, blah blah blah. Again, all someone had to do was email me and say "So sorry you had to deal with this, I have expedited shipped you a replacement. You should see it in the next day or two." I was not interested in a refund, just give me what I paid for!

Valve stem is so long that it hits the frame. Support is useless. I'd be surprised if this review even gets posted.

Before this, I was happy with my purchases from Vevor. This however, is disappointing. Not to mention, I tried chatting with an agent and the app kept dying, so this experience has not been the best. And now I can’t even upload a picture to show you but basically the shaft for the trailer dolly came broken. Looks like a bad weld maybe.

The description of this (and every other trailer dolly on the site) is wrong. This dolly supports only a 300 lb. GROSS trailer weight, not tongue weight. This is absolutely not for moving an RV trailer, but maybe an empty trailer that you would use to haul some yard waste or trash cans. If you want to move a 1000-1500 lb. gross weight trailer, you will need a much bigger (3-wheel) dolly. Very misleading. The instructions that come with the dolly even say 300 lbs. gross weight.

This thing is a piece of s**t. It is far too heavy to carry around on the tongue of a boat trailer, so even if it did work, it would have to be removed every time you used the trailer. But, worst of all it simply did not work as advertised and the one I received never worked at all upon delivery. The mechanism for engagement was broken and when I tried to send the product back I was stone walled and had to keep pushing back several times to get this company to respond appropriately. They did everything to stall and put me off until I was forced to threaten to report my purchase to the credit card company I used to pay for it. Eventually they relented and refunded my full purchase price after more than 20 days of constantly having to badger them to respond. They only way to deal with them is to keep pushing back and make negative comments on their on line ads telling people not to buy this product. Do not buy anything from these people. Customer service is something they do not know how to do. Lousy product and very bad custer service follow up to complaints.
