Desidero segnalare un episodio spiacevole legato alla consegna del mio pacco. Il corriere si è mostrato maleducato e poco professionale, lamentandosi ripetutamente per il peso del pacco e riferendo di avere mal di schiena. Capisco che il lavoro sia faticoso, ma come lavoratore anch’io affronto ogni giorno le mie responsabilità senza lamentarmi. Se un corriere ha problemi fisici tali da non poter svolgere il proprio compito, dovrebbe valutare un congedo per malattia o un’occupazione più adatta alle sue condizioni. Il comportamento mostrato mina la fiducia che i clienti ripongono sia nell’azienda di spedizione sia nei venditori: esperienze così rischiano di scoraggiare futuri acquisti. Mi auguro che questa segnalazione venga presa in considerazione per migliorare il servizio e garantire rispetto verso i clienti.

Bonjour, J'ai installé cette roue pour remorque dernièrement. Hormis les défauts de finition, il y a des défauts de conception problématique : - Les valves des roues touchent le moyeu à chaque tour de roue. Je ne donne pas longtemps avant qu'une crevaison par perçage de valve arrive. Changer une chambre à air là dessus , bon courage. - Les boulons de fixations ne sont pas filetés sur toute leur longueur et n'assure donc pas un serrage optimum. J'ai dû les changer. - Aucune rondelles n'est fourni. C'est pourtant indispensable sur ce type de montage. - La manivelle de la roue jockey ne dispose d'aucune fixation pour l'attacher après utilisation. Une fois la roue en position horizontale, pour le roulage, la manivelle peut venir en contact du sol en roulage. J'ai dû mettre en tendeur pour la maintenir en place. - Les trous dans le support et dans les platines de fixation ne sont pas alignés ! Les boulons sont donc serré de travers ! C'est un gros problème de sécurité. - La fixation pour le manche servant à guider la roue est arrivée cassée. - Il y a un boulon fourni qui ne va nul part. Le prix est élevé en vu des défauts signalés. Cependant j'ai testé la roue sur ma remorque à vide et c'est fonctionnel. Reste à essayer remorque en charge.

Não tem manuais, foi necessário fazer ajustes porque não funcionava. 1 freio saiu porque o equipamento tinha erros de fabrico. Após eu resolver todos os problemas o moover funciona bem.

Het kwam al defect binnen en buiten dat, slipten de wieltjes ook nog eens bij een geringe weerstand. Voor ons doel autotrailer met lichte buggy er op, is het niet toepasbaar. E.e.a. is netjes door de klantenservice opgelost. Advies; voor zware toepassingen, een elektrische mover aangedreven op de wielen is een betere oplossing.

La roue rouille en 2 mois. Elle devient donc inutilisable car grippé. Très déçu : préférez une roue de meilleur qualité.

Das Teil macht nur im Internet einen soliden Eindruck. Nach 2 Tagen setzt sich bereits überall Rost an. Mit 50kg Stützlast bin ich deutlich unter Herstellervorgabe. Trotzdem verwindet sich auf Ebenen Betrieb das Teil so arg durch massives Spiel in den Führungen dass ich mich nicht traue das eigentliche Stützrad mehr als 2cm zu entkoppeln da ich Angst habe dass es jeden Moment außeinander fällt. Die Kurbel verbiegt sich sofort (Betrieb mit einer Hand). Spindel bei Auslieferung bereits verbogen. Kundendienst = Katastrophe. Keine Retoure möglich sondern Vorschlag über Rückerstattung von 26€. This thing is a piece of s**t. It is far too heavy to carry around on the tongue of a boat trailer, so even if it did work, it would have to be removed every time you used the trailer. But, worst of all it simply did not work as advertised and the one I received never worked at all upon delivery. The mechanism for engagement was broken and when I tried to send the product back I was stone walled and had to keep pushing back several times to get this company to respond appropriately. They did everything to stall and put me off until I was forced to threaten to report my purchase to the credit card company I used to pay for it. Eventually they relented and refunded my full purchase price after more than 20 days of constantly having to badger them to respond. They only way to deal with them is to keep pushing back and make negative comments on their on line ads telling people not to buy this product. Do not buy anything from these people. Customer service is something they do not know how to do. Lousy product and very bad custer service follow up to complaints.
