El carro en general está bien. Pero NECESITAN ponerle unas ruedas más grandes. Esas ruedas son pequeñas y duras y al andar por la calle es muy ruidoso y es difícil de usar si el suelo no está en muy buen estado. Además del ruidoso, el exceso de vibración hace sufrir al resto del carrro. Ponerle unas ruedas más grandes debería ser un cambio sencillo y de bajo coste. Por favor!!

wheels do not tighten all the way.
I need to tighten them everyday or else they get lose and fall off.

I'm a senior who lives alone and I haven't used the cart yet because I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to get the big wheels on. Small wheels were easy but the big wheels are a different story. Instructions aren't that great.

El día que lo estrené se partió la cabeza del tornillo por la mitad, por lo que la experiencia no ha sido del todo buena. Es ancho, por lo que no pasa por cualquier puerta, esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta, en general me gustó y el tema del tornillo lo están gestionando desde atención al cliente pero creo que es importante comentarlo.

These carts are terrible. I ordered 5 of them for our laundromat (rural town, not high volume). 1 was broken upon arrival. The other 4 all were trash within a week. The part where the wheel connects to the cart bent on every single one. The wire of the cart is so thin, it bends by barely touching it,
We contacted the company, they refused to let us return them, the best they did was refunding $250 but the order was $436. So we lost $180 and had to buy carts elsewhere.
Would not recommend.

The product is cheaply built. After only a couple of days use, the studs on the wheels began bending rendering the cart impossible to push around. I contacted support about this and it was a major hassle. detailed explanation of the problem and photos were required. Representative said they would send out a new base, but it never arrived. Would not recommend.
