I purchased this based on ads that I had seen. I apparently didn't read the description well enough and based my purchase on the videos. What was being advertised was the next size up not the one I purchased. The one I received has a much shorter lift height. I wanted this to assist in lifting items high enough to put into my pickups without lifting. This one falls short of raising up high enough. I have always had great luck with Vevor and order often. This lift was delivered without a box and my address zip tied to the leg. Now I understand this was not how it was shipped and out of Vevors control. Parts were missing and I contacted Vevor. Apparently they could not get the missing parts so they refunded my money which was satisfactory. This lift is ok for smaller items and a short lift. But if you are buying for purposes such as I previously described do yourself a favor and order the next size up.

Equipment is good, works perfect Consideration should be given for increase in height to 900mm as back of ute loads need 900mm high to get to the tailgate and the platform little wider around 600mm would be perfect

I ordered this twice & received 2 top plates but no lift. Got full refund on one and partial refund on other. I guess they figured I should get charged for the useless part delivered. In the past, products I ordered arrived on time and worked great. Last 2 orders were a big let down.

I would love to have written a review of this cart but unfortunately all I received was the table top...nothing below that. When I placed my order I got a tracking number that showed delivery in 3-4 days. I was impressed and made plans to start a project that i needed the lift for. When it came I was disappointed to see a very thin box and knew my order was botched. I contacted Vevor and they told me to be patient because the 15 business days shipping limit hadn't been reached yet. they sent me a new tracking number showing the rest of my lift was in Georgia and on the way. It stayed that way for 3 weeks. Then on the 15th day the tracking number said my package was damaged in California and undeliverable. I live in Florida and there was no reason for it to go from Georgia to California. I contacted Vevor and said I wanted a refund and to their credit they issued one immediately. So a month wasted and I still don't have the lift table. I should have just bought local instead of trying to save a few bucks. Adios Vevor, you lost a customer

I found the cart online at what seemed to be a decent price, ordered it and only received one top of the cart, not the cart just the table top, when I finally found a way to get in contact with customer service, it’s online only, all emails an I explained the situation, I was told that I had to do the basic steps but also take pictures of what I got and I also had to send pictures of the parts I didn’t get. Then I was instructed to go online download the product manual and tell them parts numbers of the parts I didn’t receive, along with the pictures. I had to do all of this before they could help me. They were slow to respond but in all fairness, helpful once they did get to me. First I was told they found the other box, it got separated just hold on another day or so. It never showed up eventually after a number of emails I did receive a full refund to their credit. I will not recommend this site to anyone, it’s was a massive headache dealing with this company.

The lift table never arrived, it took several chat sessions spanning 10 days to convince someone/thing to look at tracking to see that it is forever stuck in Rosemount Minnesota, then another chat session to get a refund or another table. The someone/thing decided on the refund which we received. Since they chose the refund option we now have a Harbor Freight version of the table that we love! And they have someone that I can talk to with published phone numbers!!

Brutalmente pesado. Hice la compra pensando en la movilización de un equipo médico de un hospital a otro, y el carro por si mismo es muy pesado, muy ruidoso, y la asa no es abatible, por lo que meterlo a un transporte es muy problemático. Creo, despues de haberlo usado, que esta diseñado para tenerlo exclusivamente en un solo lugar, como una bodega, para cargas objetos pesados en un solo lugar.
