I received a used product, in a box that contained parts from another product , in a box that was obviously taped and opened before reaching me. The technical service never addressed the problems. I have requested several times the necessary paper work to return this item.
Vevor isn't reliable or true to its word on refunds. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

Cart works fine. Shipping was the worst I have ever seen. 2 weeks from Georgia to Virginie. Tracking had it going back a forth 3 times. I will never use VEVOR again.

I thought this would be a useful tool for lifting heavy items in my truck and it probably would be if it’s wasn’t leaking hydraulic fluid all over my garage floor since I received it. I contacted customer service who responded to me offering a sleeve and an O ring to repair the unit myself. It is brand new, never used and this response is not acceptable.

You Vevor idiots don't know that I never received it? Just had the run around from a nameless and faceless curomer service department that never helped me. I asked to speak with or email with a supervisor, vice president of the company or CEO of the company. Again, I never received my lift table. I tracked to within 60 miles of me but it was lost in Fedex hell and was never recovered. Was it stolen? Was it broken in shipping? Who knows. I contacted Fedex directly and they didn't know. Did Vevor know? Who knows they never communicated with me on where it was. Foolishness. Vevor is the worst company in the world. Don't buy products from them.
