The knobby tires don’t get enough traction. They should’ve been flat slick tires.

It is fine for moving small utility trailers around the yard but spins on my larger boat. I wouldn't trust this with anything over 500 lbs. I even went as far as throwing my two kids on top of it to give it more tongue pressure and it still spun.

After receiving and assembling my VEVOR trailer dolly I was sadly disappointed, I have a 1,300 lb. utility trailer that the electric dolly will NOT PUSH on the grass in my back yard. The tires spin in the grass. I would recommend NOT buying the product for of pavement use. I would appreciate hearing from the return department with suggestions on how to return a fully assembled unit 🤔

I bought a battery powered dolly. One of the wheels were bent never received the wheel. I would not buy anything from this site at all.

This product assembled well and seems to have very good battery capacity. But it really does not have enough power and/or grip in the tires - they are truly terrible. My camper is 3,000 pounds and I have a very SLIGHT uphill into the garage bay where it is stored. The tires/and lack of power can only barely get the trailer into the garage bay, and that with A LOT of wheel spin. Further, I cannot back the trailer out and keep it from over powering the dolly and getting into a runaway situation. This means a second person is required to keep the operation safe, and even with a second person I don't love how things go. I'd highly recommend a more powerful unit with better traction. Would not buy again.

When we received out dolly, the rim was bent and costumer service would not fix the issue, like sending us a new rim. They informed us that they didn't have any to send us so all they did was to send me $199.00 reimbursement.

Overall the unit looks nice and feels well built. It's doesnt work well in practice though. The front wheel extends out so far you have to wedge it in at an angle and then you have to wedge it under the jack to get it to pull straight. I have a crushed asphalt drive and it just dug in and spun. I got it on pavement and tried to turn and it just fell off to the side. I would consider other options.

This product is not worth the money. It is spinning but wouldn't do the job of moving a 3600 lbs trailer on most surfaces. It leaves tire (skid) marks by spinning in place. It's not powerful enough and a waste of money. We regret purchasing it.

Pendant plus d'un mois j'ai dialogué avec un certain "Ali" qui se foutait carrément de moi, à tous niveau, et à la fin il faut que je recommande le même produit, pour certainement avoir les même problèmes, ni a t il pas un petit problème dans votre service?, ou c'est moi qui débloque?
