I literally bought because it was on sale and it was the cheapest utility cart in the site at the time.
I'm actually Very pleased with the build quality. It's far sturdier than what I expected or even needed for what I'm going to use it for. I would consider it to be Heavy-duty.

This utility cart is very solid and has been a great addition to my garage. I use it to get stuff out of the truck. My wife is used to grab groceries from the car and bring them to the house. The wheels were very smooth. Plenty of space love the size and the options to hang tools on this.

well,i finally got around to building it today...the instruction sheet basically is useless, lol, other than that,pretty easy to put together. i did notice though, if you lift it op a bit, the top part will separate , which is annoying. i will deal with that though....also note,you cant use a ratchet to attach the wheels, i used a open end wrench. they supply one, but its not the best tool to use....
