It took a while to figure out how to get acclimated with customer service. It was a tad vague on how to do things... Very unclear.... I did get a SS medical push cart.... A month of going back and forth. They're not open on the weekends, so that right their streeeetches everything out..... I initially got a 20.00 reimbursement offer. I declined. Requested 40.00... As far as I know, I got the latter coming.... The product had parts that were missing and not totally installed, ie; the drawers had rollers that helped tge drawer glide more easily. Out of 4 items, one was not installed but laying inside floating around. The other roller (all had bearing) was not fully installed. Just barely... bearings from one just laying on the bottom of the packaging. Not even the necessary number of bearings needed. Side bars, to keep items from falling off the bottom, were to short. The instructions: the text were very light colored, thin font, and small. Plenty of room to make the font bigger and darker.... especially for older citizens.... Their answer before the monetary offer, was that I may have to go to the hardware store... I would've been fine if they weren't soo slooow getting back with me and I think ai was tge problem... IMO.... Otherwise it should have been taken care of faster and they kept saying they didn't understand what the problem was.That's why I think ai was the problem we needed.Real people... Overall, I think I might go ahead.And look for another one.Similar with two drawers from them, since they did say they will give me forty dollars off, which i haven'treceivedyet..... I think that'll cover my having to reconstruct the product which is now a project.... I say, if you don't have to reconstruct the item bought. Just do something simple, they send you the parts, and they're fast about everything, including communication, like it should be with everyone..... I believe, I would do business with them again.... I might refer the Vevor company.... Tell people about it....

Costruzione leggera. Come rilevato da altri acquirenti, il tavolino era unto e sporco. I pezzi, fortunatamente erano tutti presenti. L'imballo presentava un foro e ovviamente il sottile del ripiano ha subito una ammaccatura. Fin qui la valutazione del tavolino. Un appunto va al corriere che ha consegnato il 23 un ordine fatto il giorno 6. Posso capire il ritardo. Quello che non va giù è essere presi in giro dal servizio \"assistenza\" secondo cui, l'articolo \"è in consegna oggi\" per più di una settimana. Ups: insufficiente come servizio consegna; come assistenza invece è al limite della presa in giro del cliente.

Not strong at all. Does not hold 182kg. Top shelf bent with barely 40kg on it. Price would be ok if it held the claimed weight.

le produit n'est pas conforme à la législation française. il n'y a pas de reprise de terre sur les parties métalliques du produit. Le câblage électrique est fait avec du fil tissus en bleu blanc rouge, ce n'est conforme a aucune norme, le blanc étant la terre. donc si vous voulez en faire un usage pro, vous n'êtes pas aux normes, et vous mettez vos salariés en danger, si usage privé, je vous conseille de reprendre la terre sur une des prises et de faire une connexion avec le bâti métal.

Wózek marnej jakości - niestety miejscami pościerana warstwa zewnętrzna, lekko wygięta jedna część. Bardzo dobre kółka - mocowanie solidne. Szufladki wysuwają się dość topornie. Gdyby nie to, że potrzebuję ten wózek "na już" i już nie mam czasu na wymianę, to bym zwróciła.

Trolley arrived damaged from shipping. Box was not dented but something has obviously been dropped or tested on it. There are several dents in it and the two drawers do not close properly. So far VEVOR have offered me a $27 dollar ‘refund’ as compensation, which is approximately one-sixth of the retail value of the item. Not happy, not happy at all. Feels like bargaining through the ticket process to see how little they’ll refund. Like an insurance company trying to avoid or delay paying a claim.

Bottom tray occasionally comes off when moving the trolley because it's not fixed and the legs splay.
