Joe O’Malley Damaged in transit
2 Strati Argento Con Cassetto
Trolley arrived damaged from shipping.
Box was not dented but something has obviously been dropped or tested on it.
There are several dents in it and the two drawers do not close properly.
So far VEVOR have offered me a $27 dollar ‘refund’ as compensation, which is approximately one-sixth of the retail value of the item.
Not happy, not happy at all.
Feels like bargaining through the ticket process to see how little they’ll refund. Like an insurance company trying to avoid or delay paying a claim.

Martin K. Life-threatening
3 Strati Bianco Con Presa
An absolutely terrible experience — this medical trolley had faulty electrical wiring and nearly killed our colleague. There is a burn mark left on the floor from the electric shock, as well as on the trolley itself — life-threatening. It was in use for only a single day.

Kealon Nix Cheap Casters
One of the casters just broke for no reason. The tray is very flimsy and the plastic base is not heavy or of good quality.

3 Strati Bianco Con Presa
