Cart was sent with a flat tire!! I called service number a few times—couldn’t find invoice number, then video of Tire wouldn’t upload, photo of Tire finally worked . While waiting for their answer I ordered an inner tube, took two days, for Me, to get the old one off and new one in-no car repair would touch it, lawnmower store said their torque would tear up the plastic rim, find a man to help. New inner tube wouldn’t inflate— I probably damaged it trying to get it in. So now I’m waiting for a tire from vevor. The project I ordered the cart for is stalled. How could you send a flat tire!!! From now on I’ll certainly check the tires First before putting something together!

The latch for the dump did not want to work correctly, or at all. After making sure it wasn't something I did, I had to use a hammer to bend the latch bar so it would work. One of the tire inner tubes had a hole and was flat out of the box, so I had to buy one of those before I could use it. I definitely do not trust this to carry 600lbs, the frame MAYBE but the plastic is pretty flimsy.

The tub on the item is fragile, item came with many cracks. I reached to vevor and they said they ordered a replacement tub it's been over two weeks since I received item and I'm still waiting for a new tub and I am unable to use unit, it's still in the box taking up room

I first bought this cart off TikTok and it came with many missing parts so I could not put it together. Trying to sort this out with TikTok was a nightmare and they wanted my to pay to return this! No Way am I paying to return a product that came missing parts!!! Since I needed this now I ended up buying this cart from Vevor and paid more then I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. All I got from the customer service was the run around! Vevor owes me compensation and it has been a nightmare trying to deal with them -never again!

The towing handle on this cart is too short for a tall person (I’m 190 cm). I asked about this before buying, and was told it wouldn’t be a problem, but in reality it is. I have to pull the cart with my fingers or walk in a half‑bent position, which puts strain on my back — exactly what I wanted to avoid by choosing this cart instead of a two‑wheel barrow. When unloading loose materials, they don’t slide out as well as with a regular wheelbarrow. It’s difficult to make a high pile, and I always have to spread the material out. Some of the load stays inside, and I end up having to tip the whole cart over anyway — something that’s actually easier to do with a normal wheelbarrow. Maybe I just haven’t fully adapted to it yet, but the short handle definitely creates discomfort and cancels out most of the advantages this cart is supposed to have. I would not buy it again.

Decisamente non si può considerare una carriola ma piuttosto un carrello. È molto difficile da condurre in quanto non tiene la strada quando lo si conduce in discesa guidando logicamente Dalla parte posteriore. Le ruote hanno troppo gioco e il carrello se ne va per conto suo. Ulteriore grossissimo difetto è pesantissimo. Scordatevi di usarla in salita perché vi sfiancherete per trascinare 40 kg da vuoto, figuriamoci se lo caricate. Mi sono pentito dell'acquisto

The product is ok but due to the trickery in your advertising I had to buy two to get what I needed.

This product worked well for 2 years before the tires just disintegrated. Not for professional use.

The handle is too short. And if your load is somewhat balanced in the back and you pull on it, the front wheels will come off the ground. And you'll dump your load where you stand.

Love the price, the wagon's abilities, the ease of dumping. However, the right rear wheel has gone flat, and three times I've refilled it with air, only to have it again go flat. I've had the wagon a month and this is getting really frustrating. It appears the tire wasn't properly sealed at the factory. There's no information on Vevor's website to find a replacement and there's no one to call. This falls under customer service--please have someone contact me so I can get the wagon back to its best shape.
