We purchased this beautiful wagon less than one month ago and the handle is rusting in two places. One, where it leans back against the wagon box and secondly, below that area closer to where it connects to the wagon box. I 'kind' of understand the paint chipping, where it rests against the box, but to ALSO be rusting, where nothing is touching it... and in 3 weeks time? I sure hope the time and money it will cost to scrape, prime and tremclad these spots pays off. And I sure hope other spots don't keep showing up. Very disappointed! They are quite large spots.

Good cart for some that has trouble carrying anything. The bed is too small for my purposes, which makes it more efficient to move stuff without the cart.

Its ok...the pins keep falling out so be careful when ypu are moving stuff. I lost 2 of the pins while using the cart and took a while to find them in the grass. Its OK but a great option for moving bulky items. The cart falls over when loaded full

Arrived with one of the wheels flat and leaking air, when attempted to inflate it. Very disappointed product.

Rated at 900 pounds but question the safety of using this cart for such a load. My first time using this cart to transport a large flower pot resulted in it tipping backwards and the pot ending up on the ground after having easily bent the back side rail. So two problems: the rear wheels are not placed to prevent backwards tipping when pulling forwards and upwards(for tall people) on the handle and the side rails are not very strong and bend easily. That being said, the chassis itself seems sturdily made and it was easy to assemble.

Overall it is a nice wagon. Downside is the “tools” they provide to assemble. It is impossible to assemble with the “wrenches” they provide to tighten the lock nuts. You definitely need a good socket set to assemble.

Impossible de le monter correctement la 4eme paroi qui ne peut pas se clipper à cause d’un défaut d’usinage malgré 1 heure d’effort en pure perte. Très très frustrant. Je dois retourner le produit qui pèse très lourd….

Incredibly heavy expanded steel with ugly cheap white plastic wheels, they dragged out the return, trying to get me to take it out of the box, after they finally accepted return, months later out of nowhere they cancel my account accusing me of having a history of return abuse.

I expected much better quality from this cart. With only very light use, all four tires lost air, making the cart basically unusable. I ended up having to purchase four replacement tires from Harbor Freight out of my own pocket. There is also a manufacturing/alignment problem with the side gate. The screw/bolt does not line up with the notch where it is supposed to secure the gate, so it simply will not go in properly. This isn’t an assembly mistake—the parts do not align correctly.
