Delivered Sept. 12, 2026 but I just had the opportunity to try to put it together today, Sept. 23. Was going well until I got to the side rail assembly and all 3 had 1 side slot bent making them not useable. The company says I have to take apart what I’ve already assembled, pack it up and ship back for replacement. I asked to be able to take the damaged parts to the store located about 30 minutes away and trade out with another so I don’t have to deal with all that headache but they won’t allow it. I have a back injury and this was supposed to make things easier. I’ll just have to suck up the loss and use it just as the flatbed with end rails because it’s too hard on my back. They just lost a customer.

The cart was damaged, tabs and a hinge were bent. Assembly was not possible until the bent items were straightened. This was the second time it occurred. The 1st cart I did not notify Vevor, I initiated a repair so assembly was possible.
