Not half as good as the previous 4 in 1 Hand Truck I purchased off Vevor , but for some strange reason, they stopped selling them, Out of Stock. Probably won't return?
Disappointed to say the least with this Particular hand truck, as the other Truck is wider and better built and balanced, and no worries of Orange Paint chipping off and rusting in a damp climate.
Quality must always come first and foremost.

Je transporte des fûts de bière, premières utilisations ok, le diable est solide et les diverses positions sont pratiques. Mais le point faible c'est les roues! Je suis passé dans un trou la jante à plié !

In my opinion, the user manual should clearly explain how the locking mechanism is released. It was not obvious, and I had difficulty figuring it out. A product like this should not require excessive force to operate, and the unlocking mechanism should be more user-friendly and intuitive.
Overall, I was not very satisfied with this purchase, as I expected a smoother and more practical user experience

Bien lire le commentaire pour comprendre les 3 étoiles malgré la qualité du produit !
Le diable est super, mais il est arrivé avec un defaut qui l'empêche de se deployer totalement. J'en ai informé le service après vente qui a remonté l'information au service technique qui devait me revenir en 48h pour la solution. Après quelques jours je relance le SAV qui me dit que les techniciens allaient me faire un retour. Après une semaine, je reçois une notification me disant que le problème a été resolu et me demandant de noter un service qui n'existe pas puisque je n'ai pas eu une reponse du service technique qui ne m'a pas recontacter pour resoudre le problème. J'ai du moi-même detecter le blocage technique et je l'ai résolu à coup de marteau, je n'avais pas le choix parce que je devais l'utiliser pour mon déménagement. Aujourd'hui le produit est fonctionnel et me sert beaucoup. Tout ça pour dire qu'il ne faut pas compter sur le SAV lorsqu'il y a un problème technique sur le produit.

Expensive, problems changing cart vs 2 wheel hand truck, no bearings on wheels for the price and poor instructions for putting it together. Costco has a similar item with bearings plus 30 dollars less expensive
