This core drill was about 50 bucks more than a one day rental at the bigi box store. I've used it several times (days) so, it was well worth the money spent.

Love it. I was skeptical that it was going to do the job, but we anchored with a few wedge anchors and cored through 14 inches of solid concrete foundation in about 7 minutes. Price was cheaper than the lowest price I got quoted for acontractor to core a single hole, so it has already paid for itself. I've seen other reviews talking about how the device injured them, I suspect that they did not properly fasten it to the surface they are coring. Please make sure you have it securely fastened, I would not want to be on the receiving end of this unit going rogue!!

Drilled through cinder block, brick, and solid concrete without missing a beat! The motor had plenty of power, the bit shows little wear after 3 holes, everything worked just as it should.

Great Product shipping was fast to silicone valley, I Mounted to the wall and used an 8” Core bit I acquired and This Tool Did a great Job, I was amazed by the high quality of this product for such a great Price
