Has very small terminals. After I hooked it up, it worked as advertised, however the unit got very hot after only a few minutes., even with the fan working. I believe this would be a fire risk. I am asking for a return and refund.

Very bad charger it just worked one day and after stated overheating after 1 minute charge going to standby it really very bad charger and no one have to buy any protection warranty because no body help you in any problem after sale I have this problem in my charger from September 7 and till now no warranty no support I just throw my money in the garbage

It only charges a 20A LiFePO4 battery. The ad mentions 60A?

Bonjour, J'ai acheté ce chargeur DC DC 12-12 V pour recharger ma batterie Lithium de la caravane en roulent. cette année en vacances avec la caravane j'ai hu plusieurs fois ma batterie déchargé a fond suite au chargeur qui ne fonctionne pas comme il le doit. Déjà au démarrage l'entrée du chargeur donné 14,43V quand a la sortie je n'avais que du 13.29V ???? Les soit disant ventilateur de refroidissement, moi je ne les entendais pas?????

Just installed and I am getting max 24A of charging from 60A DC to DC charger.... Tell me if am supposed to be happy lol I think it's not the best performance. Will look to return and upgrade better company. Disappointed 100%

Le produit est très bien, mais il manque la carte de réglage (pour l’intensité, etc…). Donc pour l’instant nous ne pouvons pas l’utiliser !

Ho segnalato il problema di funzionamento del DC DC al centro assistenza. Non hanno risolto il problema ma hanno preso solo tempo. Il prodotto non rispecchia le caratteristiche tecniche riportate. Attendo ancora la risoluzione del problema.

Very bad quality, first died after 3 months, second died also after 3. So it's good for 3 months. Waste or money

I bought this charger to connect to a 12volt power source to charge a ligepo4 battery for the winch on my cybertruck. Customer Support to confirm the correct settings on the charger for the lifepo4 battery was terrible. They told me it was preset for the battery, although the manual says different. Customer Support never got back with me to confirm the correct toggle positions to correctly set the charger, so it's too dangerous to use without knowing for certain the correct settings for my battery type.

Katastrophe funktioniert überhaupt nicht ist erst aufgefallen nachdem die zusatzbatterie leer war und die Heizung nicht mehr funktionierte. Folgekosten 200 € für die jetzt tiefenentladene Batterie. Hoffe der Kundendienst reagiert.
