I really like the Vevor bicycle overall, the design and color are great! However, the back tire was flat when we received it. We tried filling it with an air pump, but unfortunately it didn’t work. Could you please advise if there’s anything you can do to help with this issue?

Il y a un trou au niveau de la jointure de la chambre à air du coup le pneu arrière ne reste pas gonflé j'ai du payer 14€ de réparation pour un vélo neuf

The front wheel came bent. The bike still works so we didn't bother with returning but it was a disappointment. It also made setting the breaks tricky.

Leider schon nach ca. Vier bis fünf Mal benutzen kurze Strecken sind die Stützräder schon kaputt der Gummi ist einfach schon kaputt und nach jeder weiteren Nutzung wird es schimmer

Franchement concernant la commande et livraison rien à dire
Correct et très fiable mais
Concernant le produit vraiment y'a problème. La sonnette de mauvaise qualité qui se décroche tout seul en pièce détachées, pas de frein arrière sauf que sur la vidéo et la photo frein avant et arrière.
En plus de surcroît le colis m’ai t’arrivé totalement ouvert, le carton déchiré avec les pièces dehors

We couldn’t tighten the handlebars. The tightening bolt (diagonal piece) in the centre pole was damaged so unfortunately this bike was a huge disappointment to our birthday girl and she hasn’t been able to ride it.
The fan had no instructions so we could assemble it.
The breaks are permanently stuck on unless you bend the up each time you use the handlebar break.
The rest of the bike appears to be fine

Kwaliteit slechter dan verwacht, rubber van de zijwieltjes na 2 rondjes fietsen al afgebroken waardoor het niet meer veilig is. Gedwongen de zijwieltjes eraf te halen. Zoon van 3 kan nog niet zonder de zijwieltjes dus hij heeft geen zin de fiets te gebruiken.

Die Bremsen sind sehr schwer zum Einstellen und die Qualität ist sehr dürftig. Keine Fahrradreparatur wollte diese Bremsen einstellen, da Sie nicht richtig funktionieren und alte Technologie sind. Die Bedinung ist nicht verständlich und einfach geschrieben. Die Montage hätte mit Bremsen gemacht werden sollen.
