I found this cuber to be well built and easy to use. It is easily disassembled for cleaning. I have a long bristled bottle brush that I used to clean the spikes with and it works quite well for cleaning it. I had actually ordered a Weston meat cuber / tenderizer but the order fell through. This Vevor tenderizer is well built and substantially less cost. I highly recommend this product and I would buy it again.

For the price this is a great tenderizer. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and seriously tenderizes meat, including chicken. As a matter of fact, it only needs to be run through twice for it to be tenderized sufficiently. I follow up with a jagged hammer and end up with extremely tender and even thickness me.

This thing is no joke. I've run cheap cuts of meat through it as well as chicken. Made wicked awesome chicken fried steak with crap roast meat and it was better than I've ever had. Highly recommend!!
