This is a no-nonsense piece of machinery. It does what it is supposed to do and it works like a charm every time I plug it in and fire it up!! The price was right, the quality is good, and my families chicken fried steak are fabulous!!

Reinigung ist umständlich

This tenderizer works really good. Like all tenderizers it’s a bit of a pain to clean but that just comes with this type of equipment. For the prices it goes above and beyond. I will say you have to slice your pieces about .5” otherwise it will get caught in the bottom of the guard. Besides that it’s a great addition to any processing room!

This machine is very well built, and easy to use. Has a powerful motor and nice industrial like power switch. Easy to take apart and clean. Very well built.

The first items I tried to tenderize was fajitas meat an it shut this machine down a lot I then started tenderizeing round steak and it worked perfectly on round steaks. The motor could be a little stronger and I would have given this item all 5 stars

I wanted this to work. Currently we beat our meat for several minutes worth a rolling pin to flatten the chicken breasts to a consistent size. This was going to save our wrists and reduce the spray. Unfortunately, i cannot fit any breasts into the slot. Not even close. If it were wider or adjustable, this would be a huge time saver.

This machine I started using couple of days ago. When used it it sounds like something is stuck around the motor area. Making lot of noice. I am attaching the video of the machine.

Mine makes noise and dropping metal. But it's a great machine I just want a replacement. Could have been just a defective one

Nobody help you with the parts warranty

The item did not come with all the accessories as pictured. Reached out to customer service support and told it did not come with the tray as in the picture and there is nothing they could do. Misleading advertising!!
