Order placed on 28 November still not arrived

Capacità: 4,0 Ah Acquisto verificato

I was supposed to receive my order on 28 November. I contacted customer service twice, but they did nothing. When I see their reaction, I'm afraid I'll have problems with my machine. I asked them to send me a replacement battery, but they haven't responded.

Useless if I can't charge it

Capacità: 4,0 Ah Acquisto verificato

This might be a great battery, but it's useless if I can't charge it. Yes, it works in my 1/2 inch Vevor drill - but it doesn't fit the charger that came with that drill. So a one-time use battery? That's terribly expensive.
