I made a ticket specifically to ask a vevor representative if this battery would fit the vevor 12in brushless chainsaw. They sent me a link to purchase this battery and said it would. It does not fit the chainsaw, or the charger that came with the chainsaw. Waste of time

Franken Order placed on 28 November still not arrived

I was supposed to receive my order on 28 November. I contacted customer service twice, but they did nothing. When I see their reaction, I'm afraid I'll have problems with my machine. I asked them to send me a replacement battery, but they haven't responded.

I am not too happy with this purchase it's a replacement battery for my cordless drill and when I received the battery it will not work with the charger that came with the drill so basically I have a battery that's no good because once it goes dead I have no way to charge it I got a hold of customer service and it's been about a week now and haven't heard a thing so I guess I'm just out 26 bucks and got a one-time use battery I would not recommend buying extra batteries until they figure out how to make them to match the chargers that they sell with their tools

This might be a great battery, but it's useless if I can't charge it. Yes, it works in my 1/2 inch Vevor drill - but it doesn't fit the charger that came with that drill. So a one-time use battery? That's terribly expensive.
