These units are fine, but VEVOR customer service SUCKS! I received the Extra Battery for my power station. The unit itself is fine, no problems at all, but when I opened the box and removed the unit, the cover for the unit is missing. This is my second Extra Battery that I have ordered in addition to a 3600 watt power station and always received all of the parts. I submitted a ticket to VEOVOR on Wed Sept 23, and have not received any follow up emails regarding this issue. You would think that considering the $1,000.00s of dollars that I have spent with this company, that this issue would have been resolved at least within a 24-48 hour time period. As of right now, today Sat, Sept 26 I still have not received a response from customer service! Just send me a FU*KING cover! That is all I am asking!
