THESE ARE CRAP. THEY RUSTED IN FOUR MONTHS DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME TO JUST WIPE OFF THE RUST AND PAINT THEM !!!!! WTF!!! Then OFFERED ME $34 OR THEY TOLD ME I COULD PAY THEM $270 AND THEY WOULD SEND ME NEW ONES. I purchased these bases because the price looked good and they said they were powder coated so I figured they would last a long time. These are crap. They sat on my patio for four months over the winter and started rusting!!!! I’m glad I didn’t have them screwed down because the rust would ruin my vinyl on my deck and would’ve cost me thousands of dollars these are definitely not worth the Metal that they are made out of. They said their powder coated the powder coating is shit if they were powder coated, they would not be resting, especially in a short period of time. . I would not waste my time buying crap from VEVOR BECAUSE THEY DON’T BACK THEIR PRODUCTS. Not only did they rust but they send you bolts that will also rust so I had to go out and buy replacements for those as well and the other screws they give you to attach the posts after your saddle are down our self tapping metal screws they’re not even wood screws. ??? I brought this to their attention a long time ago. They did nothing about the problem. They are still selling the same shit I would rethink before purchasing any products from this company. I tried uploading videos and photos to show you, but the website will not accept them. Go figure?

Purchase from this company and the product that I received did NOT FIT MY NEED. So I immediately contacted the company to return for a refund. I have been given the runaround for a week now. The refuse to issue a refund. I will be contacting my bank and the BBB. This company is terrible and more than likely a scam.

I ordered 4 pcs 6 inch, delivered was 10 pcs 4 inch.

After not receiving my order for fence post bases for a few weeks I reached out to customer service. I had checked the delivery update and it said 'unable to deliver'. Part of the order had been delivered but this part had not. I was told by customer service that the order was still processing. I advised that the status did not indicate this but said that the shipment was unable to deliver. They assured me it was still in processing. After a couple more weeks i reached back out and was told that the order was indeed sent back. They blamed an incomplete address for the issue. I advised that this was not the case as part of the same order had been delivered. If they had been honest during the first discussion when the status had said that the order was not delivered, job time could have been addressed and a new shipment could have been sent. Instead this misleading information from customer service led to a late job completion and me having to pay more from another supplier for a rush order. Not impressed.

Glad to know not to shop here again and the brackets should've been able to be returned free I was going to purchase correct size thanks for being greedy ,Business must be damaged and I'm the Customer no more thanks for not understanding open box just to realize I purchased wrong size my mistake although not understanding gives you guys a flat F!

The product images on the vevor site show these being used as the base of railing, when you read the included instructions you will find that they do not recommend that usage but this is not mentioned anywhere on the listing, I tested these out with 12 inch lag bolts drilled into the top of a retaining wall and the brackets immediately deformed with light pressure applied at the top of a 36” post. Don’t waste your money, getting a refund will be impossible
