The reel itself seems pretty nice. The hose however couldn't have been any more cheaply made. I am going to try and replace it with a better quality hose.

Nice concept, but frustrating in practice. The hose reel works well overall, but the hose end has a swivel fitting that makes it impossible to properly tighten the included spray gun. It just spins, leaks during use, and can’t be removed to attach other accessories. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. The only way to make this usable was to cut the end of the hose off and purchase a replacement fitting, but it’s hard to recommend.

I haven't put it up yet. Ill give review when Spring or warmer weather starts. And I put it to use.

Large sprayer broke within a week. Other than that the reel and hose seem to operate properly.

This is my 2nd reel, the first one the spring broke not allowing it to retract

Does not retract all the way after using it a few months

Lower water pressure on property. On well. Should have ordered the 100' 5/8 reel. Keep it in mine if your on a well system

Easy convient and delivery was fast. Price was beautiful. Still cold here so haven't installed it yet orused.

Shipping was pretty quick. I haven't used it as its March in Alberta. Dissapointed in the quality of the reel itself as I decided to go with the 5/8" hose vs the 1/2" because I wanted the more robust reel. Surprised to see the smaller, lighter duty reel when it arrived.
