Usually very happy with Vevor products. I have the same size hose but the Gardena brand. I've had it for a few years and it works great. Thought I would save some money and trust in the quality of Vevor and bought this one. Unfortunately, after about 10 months the retracting spring stopped working. My mistake, I didn't keep track of the date and went 3 weeks past the one-year warranty and the only thing Vevor would offer was a $20 rebate. I couldn't even buy a replacement tension spring. It would be really nice if they offered that, given that many people have experienced the same problem with the tension spring failing. Other than the spring, the build quality is as good as the Gardena. But if it fails after year then maybe it's worth investing the money in a better version.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par cette commande. J’avais acheté ce produit parce que j’en avais réellement besoin pendant une période précise. Après plus d’un mois d’attente, le produit n’a finalement jamais été livré : il aurait été perdu ou endommagé pendant le transport. Après toute cette attente, la seule solution proposée a été un remboursement. J’ai demandé qu’un autre produit identique me soit envoyé, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’était plus disponible et qu’ils ne pouvaient que me rembourser. Le problème n’est pas seulement de récupérer mon argent. J’ai perdu plus d’un mois à attendre un produit dont j’avais besoin, pour finalement me retrouver sans rien et devoir recommencer mes recherches ailleurs. Si j’avais su dès le départ que cela se terminerait ainsi, j’aurais commandé sur un autre site, probablement auprès d’un vendeur capable de proposer une solution réellement adaptée en cas de problème de livraison. Un remboursement après plus d’un mois d’attente ne compense pas le temps perdu ni le désagrément occasionné. Service très décevant. Je ne recommande pas.

We bought 2 of these for our church and they are simply not functional for the water pressure needed for this distance. If you don't need any real pressure, these are great They come out and retract great and do not bind up in the return. (might actually retract a little too fast) The post they sit on is plastic and would be better if it were metal

Bought two, first one broke within 3 days of use, stopped rewinding in and is now jammed out. Second one started leaking 2 weeks in. Now both are leaking profusely.

Received and installed. Tje reel is not working. I have contacted Vevor. Will see what they do

Dear Customer Support, I am writing regarding my recent purchase of Retractable Hose Reel. After using it twice this past weekend, the spring came loose and the hose is no longer retracting back inside. Could you please assist me with a repair, replacement, or warranty claim? Thank you,

cheap Chinese junk. I bought two. one for my mom and hers broke 6 months ago. one for us and it broke yesterday. of course the VEVOR warranty is up. they last about as long as the warranty. I assume you get what you pay for.

Package came in quickly, however after installation hose would not retract back. Popped the side cover off and these 3 screws had been stripped / the plastic ear they screw into was busted. (These screws hold the spring in place to allow hose to retract.) I was able to pull hose all the way out and put screws back in the other 3 slots… still unsure why it only had 3 out of the 6 screws…. Then was able to manually spool the hose back up putting tension on the spring now that the screws had it locked in place… it retract a little fast, Assuming that it’s because it had to be modified straight out of the box to work.
