Good product does as it should. Would reccomend......................................................

Seems to work good, sometimes it is a bit hard to get it to catch, when you pull out the amount you need and then lock it. I need more time to see how it holds up to repeated use.

Item is good and the price is good fast shipping and quality is good we can’t ask for more for this price

Seems to be decent quality for the home garage. Nice and sturdy, I hung from the ceiling and the hose return is plenty strong All good so far, works like it should

Very happy with product. Very upset with condition upon delivery. Freight company felt need to aerate the box with a forklift. The reel not damaged, but I have missing hardware. So now I'll go to the hardware store buy what should have been in my package and in doing so boost the economy with my meager purchase. My how joyful.

Had air leaks around us swivel and the end where it was gripped to the hose had to cut the hose the end off and repair it right out of the box

Standard hose reel. Works well but I wish it had an auto move guide for evenly spacing the hose on retraction. Also I had to put a block behind the swing mechanism as it moves around too freely.

bonjour, l embout s'est dévissé et j'ai donc perdu la bague plastique ainsi que les billes par la pression de l'air . cet embout etait mal serré. comment retrouver cette pièce merci

Because of the weight of the item and non-reinforced box it came in with a bent hanger mount and the hose carrier was bent about an inch too close to the mount. I overlooked Murphys Law; when they can go wrong, they will. Would've just bought a used from Marketplace or better one from Snap-On if I'd known.

Le produit reste fixe.. ce n'est pas une super idée puisque ça devient rapidement non pratique.
