Seems to do everything it is supposed to do.

Nice Product, however I wish I bought the 5/8" size hose. It would be worth the extra money.

The reel looks like itis built well and it retracts very good for a 130 foot hose. Its great having a hose that is 130 feet long. The only thing I dont like about it is the flow output. I ordered a 1/2" hose reel instead of a 5/8" hose reel because the water lines coming from the house are only 1/2" inside the wall. I have had a retractable 70 foot 1/2" hose there for about 10 years but it no longer retracted all the way. i was able to wash my car with no problem. This hose reel however doesn't have the same flow output. It does not put out enough water to do a good job washing my car let alone hosing off my driveway. I don't know if it is because of the length or the 1/2" size. I just wish I would have ordered the 5/8" hose reel as I think it would have given me much more flow. 8/16/2026 REVIEW UPDATE ****PLEASE SEE VIDEO**** This is the first time I actually used this hose reel to do anything except for squeeze the trigger on the Spray nozzle it came with and to put my regular hose nozzle on it and squeeze the trigger on that one. I knew the nozzle that it came with didn't have much output and the output on my nozzle was a much better than the one it came with. I figured the new nozzle that it came with was cheaply built, because water pressure stream was not good on any setting. It was much better on the normal nozzle that I usually used on the 1/2" hose reel I replaced.. Take a look at my sprinkler in the Video, this is totally ridiculous. I hooked up my little tractor traveling sprinkler to water my lawn and the surrounding trees. The water faucet is on full blast and this sprinkler is barley turning. It has been on for a little over an hour on fast speed and it looks like it has only moved a bout 5 feet. The hose reel that I replaced had a 70 ft 1/2" hose on it and this thing would move about 30 feet in an hour on fast speed with the water faucet turned on about a half turn. There is either something wrong with this sprinkler or the orifices are way too small for water to go through at the speed it should of through a 1/2" hose. "UPDATE" Turns out the longer the hose is the lower the water flow you are going to get. It probably wouldn't have been noticed if you have 80PSI water pressure but I have about 50 PSI and it does make a difference with a longer hose. This hose is almost twice as long as my 70 foot hose. Customer service was very helpful with my situation and was able to get a refund. I like the quality of the product but I am going to buy their 5/8" retractable hose reel instead. I am sure it will be as good of quality as this one was.

I just reviewed our new vevor retractable hose. My husband just mounted it and I was able to test. I used the spray handle provided. It retracts pretty quick. And swivels pretty good. However Our quick connects which works on every other hose attachment but this one. Thats disappointing, I like to be aw to switch my attachments. Other than that its ok thus far.

Concernant l'enrouleur de tuyau je vous déconseille de l'acheter, le jour de la réception je l'ai desuite installé, mais à mon grand regret une fois déroulé impossible de l'enrouler j'entendais le ressort à l'intérieur qui à lâché prise, donc procédure de sav qui depuis plusieurs jours me font tourner en bourrique j'ai pourtant envoyé le jour même les photos à l'appui, ils te disent attente de l'équipe 48h et te renvoie un mail pour te dire qu'ils vont clôturer le tiquet de toute façon si il ne trouve pas une solution (remboursement ou retour d'un nouvel article) je fais le nécessaire pour...... Rectification de mon commentaire, concernant le dévidoir de 40 mètres qui a lâché dès le premier jour le service client a pris en compte le problème et à fait le nécessaire pour me rembourser la totalité de l'article, Merci à vevor de suivre ses clients et de faire le nécessaire, donc j'ai aussi changer le nombre d'étoiles. J'espère que si j'en commande un autre il feront le nécessaire pour vérifier si il fonctionne bien. J'en profite pour envoyer une photo de l'enrouleur que j'ai démonté et on voit bien le ressort du retour qui a cassé à plusieurs endroits. Donc je recommande VEVOR ils sont top 👍

I have 3 other retractable hose reels (non Vevor) and thought I'd give Vevor a try. Easy installation, we'll built, nice nozzle options. I gave this 4 stars because when the hose is pressurized, it is difficult to pull out and won't retract all the way. You need to shut off the water, release the pressure (to make the hose smaller in circumference) to get proper functionality. I don't have that with the other reels. The saving grace is that this is in a low use area, so I can deal with the infrequent inconvenience.

This was my fourth hose reel purchased. The Vevor retractable reel and the hose bib connecter was damaged. I had it installed and when I went to hook it up I found the connecter damaged, oval. It had to have been damaged prior to packaging. It had been sitting untouched in my garage for a couple of months. I would like a new reel or at least the replacement connecter. I love the product!

I was impressed with this reel, the hose has a breaded line in hose, Reel works really well, the wife is really happy with it. Easy for her to roll out to water the garden. I am going to buy the 5/8 hose reel for front of house I feel the pressure would be a little stronger. that is the only draw back I found with the 1/2 inch hose reduced pressure. Still really like it 👍
