The only complaint I have is that I ordered th 1/2 inch first. I then ordered one in 5/8. Both are good quality and do exactly as stated

So far it's been a great upgrade over a standard water hose. It's him all the pressure it's needed to even hook to my pressure washer. The real name feature is well worth the price and it looks good

Good quality reel. Love the mechanism that layers the hose as it reels in so the hose does not bind. The swivel attachment makes it very easy to extend the hose in any direction.
The VEVOR orange colour could be tamed down a bit to match the house. Other than that, a great product .
