While using this retractable hose reel. It stopped going all the way in. Now I have about 5 feet of hose hanging out the front that won’t go inside the reel. I have not had this very long. I have two other ones that work perfectly, this one, however, is not working.

Joe Broken hose fitting
I bought 2 hose reels. The one I bought in September has a faulty hose fitting. This matter is under review at vevor. I just put in a replacement request, just waiting to hear back. This review wiil change depending on the outcome from vevor.

kevshoe Almost but not quite
I have 1 Gir@ffe retractable hose and wanted a 2nd for my garage hose. Found a great price on this one but it is just OK. The real makes clunking sound when extending and retracting, the hose is quite stiff, and it often needs a little help winding back in even if the hose if fully drained. It is OK for occaisional use but I'd be very frustrated if I had to deal with the shortcomings daily.

Shipping is good, fast
The return mechanism not working smoothly stuck at times, you have to be very careful pulling out and returning the hose to get it worked

William Vest Good hose reel, but dont think it will last
I bought two of these for each side of my house. I really wish they where more heavy duty. Everything that is used is plastic. I have had to fix one of them already because the worm gear got loose.
If I had to do it over again, id waited till I found some more heavy duty.
