5/8" Reteactable Hose Reel

Shipping was pretty quick. I haven't used it as its March in Alberta. Dissapointed in the quality of the reel itself as I decided to go with the 5/8" hose vs the 1/2" because I wanted the more robust reel. Surprised to see the smaller, lighter duty reel when it arrived.

Broke at end of summer

I have (had) two of these hose reels. they are great but when I was putting the hose away at the end of summer the spring broke inside and would not wind back up. So sad, $100 down the drain. I'm going to buy another because the price is good. Hopefully it will last longer.

Overall I like it It pulls out easily, locks in place and reels back fast However at the end of the season the plastic pin that holds the reel to the mounting hardware bent under the weight of the reel and was very difficult to pull out. It is permanently bent and will be hard to use in spring
