Bon produit etant donné le prix. Par contre le boyau est trop rigide ce qui rend l’utilisation moin agréable et l’enroulement plus difficile

Reel works fine. Easy to install. Hose is too small. Not enough water flow.

Got one for my wife's garden and green house install it and A week later the end of the house cam off were the sprayer is I reattached it and re crimped not sure how long it will last. Do not trust leaving it on for a long period of time other than that I enjoy the reel part seems to be ok so far but only had for a month .

A mio avviso il prodotto potrebbe andare, solo che a volte l'automatismo del tubo non si sente scattare e bisogna provare piu volte per farlo bloccare, e la staffa di plastica cinese per fissare al muro diciamo troppo esile e troppo gioco del perno che fa incastrare il supporto a muro con lo scafandro del avvolgi tubo, per il resto ad oggi funziona...ancora non fa un mese...

Hatte Probleme mit der Automatik (hat keine automatische Aufzug- Bremse). Man sollte den Schlauch niemals unkontrolliert aufwickeln lassen. Habe den Schaden aber durch VEVOR auf Kulanz geregelt bekommen,nochmals danke.

ordered a 5/8 inch hose from Vevor, but received a 1/2 inch instead. The product did not match the description, so I had to contact support. To their credit, they did refund part of the cost, which was appreciated. However, this is still an important issue. I recommend carefully checking everything you receive from Vevor before using it, as there can be mistakes in sizing or product details. Overall, customer service did respond, but accuracy in shipping needs improvement.

When you pull the hose out most or all the way, and retract it the whole thing shakes so bad u til the pin comes out of the bottom. Have to be very careful, it’s only plastic

Didn’t hold up very well in the sun.. plastic is breaking.

There is a small leak coming from the housing of the hose reel. I’m not sure where it’s coming from because I can’t disassemble it. Doesn’t seem to affect the functionality and I’m mostly happy with it. It’s just a little frustrating that it’s already leaking and I just got it.
