My hose never arrived. I tracked it and it says it was a problem with the delivery. Can either be ship again or i need a refund

Horrible quality only used a few times for it to break on me. do not buy

So as my emails, and you guys said you would give me a credit for the product I have not received anything so again I’d like to return this either for a credit or for a 5/8 hundred foot hose reel I don’t know what’s going on. they said they were gonna give me a credit for it, but I have not seen or received anything.

haven’t received my order yet, but the website is already asking me to leave a review. How can I review a product I haven’t received?

I was extremely excited when I received my new retractable hose reel , but quickly it turn into disappointment as it stopped retracting the hose. I expected a better product……

Restricts water flow to much to even use a sprinkler

We bought two of these retractable hose reels four months ago. One just broke today. Hopefully they’ll replace the unit. Finally get hard to believe that it his only lasted four months before breaking. I use them about once a week or once every other week, So not very heavy usage. maybe it’s just a one off because all the other reviews were excellent. I’ll change my review once this has been replaced or repaired.

Bought this in April, right away the nozzle leaked, and 3 mths in and multiple leaks in the hose it self. It is not sturdy by any means, i would not buy again. The nice thing is it puts it self away
